EnQualify — AI-Powered Identity Verification
A B2B2C mobile identity verification product used by banks, fintechs, and insurance companies to securely onboard customers in under 5 seconds.
Project Overview
EnQualify is a mobile identity verification product used by financial institutions to securely onboard customers through ID verification, facial recognition, and liveness detection in under five seconds. The product is integrated into client onboarding journeys and operates in a highly regulated, security-focused environment.
This project focused on improving the end-user verification experience, addressing usability issues that caused drop-offs during critical steps such as ID scanning and live face verification. While the product served enterprise clients, the redesign prioritized clarity, guidance, and trust for end users completing the flow on their personal devices.
Client: Financial Institutions
Platform: Mobile
Year: 2025
Design Strategy
The goal of this project was to reduce user drop-offs and confusion in a critical identity verification flow used during financial onboarding. Since the product operates in a high-security and compliance-heavy domain, the challenge was to simplify the experience without compromising trust, accuracy, or technical constraints.
By analyzing user behavior, stakeholder feedback, and competitor approaches, I focused on improving information clarity, feedback mechanisms, and step-by-step guidance, especially during ID scanning and live face verification. The redesign aimed to create a verification experience that feels fast, reliable, and understandable, even for first-time users.
My Role & Contribution
I worked as a UX/UI Designer, responsible for analyzing the existing product experience, identifying usability issues, and creating a new design language for the mobile verification flow.
My responsibilities included:
Conducting a full UX analysis of the end-to-end verification flow
Reviewing analytics, stakeholder feedback, and usability test results
Performing competitor analysis within the identity verification domain
Redesigning the mobile experience for both iOS and Android
Collaborating closely with the CPO, product owner, and mobile developers
In addition to the mobile app, I also redesigned the Verification Management Platform used by enterprise clients, although visuals from this platform cannot be shared due to confidentiality.

While I cannot share detailed metrics or all screens due to NDA, the final design was adopted as the primary reference for subsequent iterations of the product.
NDA & Confidentiality Note
Due to company policy, I am unable to share all screens or detailed product metrics. Only a limited selection of mobile screens is shown. I would be happy to discuss my design process, decisions, and learnings in more detail during an interview.
